What is a Data Subject Access Request?

Under Article 15 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is known as a Data Subject Access Request (DSAR).

When you submit a request, we will compile all personal data associated with your email address, including:

• Case information — any casework enquiries submitted using your email address, including case summaries, statuses, categories, ward assignments, and activity logs.
• Newsletter subscriptions — any newsletter sign-ups associated with your email address.

Your data will be provided as a downloadable JSON file. We aim to fulfil requests within 24 hours, and no later than one calendar month as required by law.

How it works

1. Submit your name and email address using the form below.
2. Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm your identity.
3. Once verified, we will compile your data and send you a secure download link via email.
4. Download your data within 7 days before the link expires.
